What are my delivery options?

Delivery is £4.99 for Royal Mail Tracked.

When will my order be delivered?

All personalised orders we aim to ship within 3-7 working days. All items are sent via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service.

How will I know my goods have been dispatched?

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your order and the delivery method you have chosen.

Your dispatch confirmation will also contain details of how to track the progress of your delivery. You can also login at any time to see the status of your order.

How are my items personalised?

Currently all of our products are personalised using embroidery. It provides a much better effect than the print alternatives and creates a permanent effect on the items improving their appearance.

Can I send my item as a gift?

Yes of course. We do not include any invoice or any price in the packaging as some of our customers send direct to the recipient.

Can I provide a specific gift message?

Absolutely, during your purchase on the checkout page you will have a box available for you to write your own personal message to be sent with the gift.

This will be placed on the gift card, which arrives with the items for the recipient to see when delivered.

What if I no longer require the order or need a refund/exchange?

If the order has been damaged in any way then please get in contact within 10 working days of receiving your order.

We will replace the products if they have been damaged. However, due to the nature of personalised products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless it is a fault on our part. Please refer to our returns policy for further details.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you would like to amend your order, email us at info@gemzthreadz.co.uk within 1 hour of placing the order. Please include your order number and the change(s) in which you would like to make.

Please note that we cannot guarantee amendments submitted after 1 hour as your order may already be in production.

Can I check the status of my order?

If you created an account at checkout, you will be able to log in to see if your order has been shipped. 

If you did not create an account you will receive email updates..

We only update once your order is placed and then once it is shipped.

Can I add my own designs?

Yes, on the product page you will be able to upload your own design if you wish. Please note there maybe an extra charge for this if a custom design is selected outside of the ones we offer.

Do you offer Free Delivery?

Yes, all orders over £60 will come with free delivery.

What if my order is lost or stolen during transit?

Gemz Threadz is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. These will not be refunded. We will not replace items until a full investigation will be launched with Royal Mail before any resolution is made.

Can I see a preview of my order?

Certainly, we can offer proofs on most items, you can add a note on your order to request a proof before printing.

Please note by doing this your order maybe delayed on dispatch as we wait for your email response so the quicker you can confirm the quicker your order will be with you.
