Branded workwear and uniforms, made in Essex

Gemz Threadz supplies branded workwear and uniforms to businesses across Essex and the UK. Since 2020 we've delivered more than 3,000 orders to over 300 businesses, from sole traders and local trades to national brands including Amazon.

Every garment is branded in our own warehouse in Basildon, so we control the quality, the turnaround and the finish on every order and every reorder.

What we do

We embroider and print company logos on workwear, uniforms and teamwear: polo shirts, T-shirts, hoodies, softshells, fleeces, bodywarmers, hi-vis and more.

  • Embroidery: a premium, hard-wearing finish stitched on our 15-needle industrial embroidery machine. Ideal for polos, jackets, fleeces and beanies.
  • Printing: vibrant, full-colour logos with sharp detail and no limit on colours. Ideal for T-shirts, hi-vis and large back prints.

How we work

  1. Tell us what you need. Talk to our team about your requirements, or simply send us your logo.
  2. Free mock-up and quote. You'll see exactly how your logo will look, along with a competitive quote.
  3. Approve and pay. Once you're happy with the mock-up, approve it and complete payment.
  4. Branded and delivered. Every order is branded in-house, quality checked and delivered to you. Collection is also available.
