UK Delivery:
Turn around time for personalised items is 7-21 working days, if item is in stock then turnaround time will be a lot quicker. Delivery is not included in our turnaround time.
All items are sent using Royal Mails Tracked Service. This service is now GPS tracked.

LOST ITEMS - It is important to note the following: we do not take any responsibility for lost mail when our courier has provided us with sufficient evidence of delivery in the form of a signature.. We use a Royal mail fully tracked service which allows us to record each parcels journey.
FAILED DELIVERY - It is important that your address is correct at the time of ordering. If an item is sent but returned to us due to a wrong delivery dress or refused by the recipient then you will be charged £4.99 to have this resent to you.
Please be aware that if you claim non delivery despite our courier recording your delivery as successful, we will not automatically refund or replace the items. This includes the safe place option. The procedure of a claim can take a number of weeks to process. Once Royal mail have accepted the claim and reimbursed the costs we have lost we will then discuss the replacement of your order.
Returns:
We do not offer refunds on items we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you unless it is our error or fault.
We advise to check your order carefully before placing as once this has been placed we are unable to change this once in production.
